MAITAI SPRINGS
Matai Springs is a 167-lot residential subdivision in the heart of Halswel, this has been done in 3 stages. This subdivision was geotechnically engineered due to the soft ground conditions that Halswel offers. Not only have we improved the ground, but we have also naturalised existing drains, streams and wetlands.
We have been tasked with this mammoth task by fletcher living who have been building the houses as we built the subdivision.
The Numbers:
- Over 14,458m2 of asphalt laid
- 100,00m2 of geotextile cloth laid
- Over 25,000 m3 of imported engineered fill was bought to the site
- 20,000m2 residential house foundation pads built and counting
